What is the difference between KX-27 and KC-6?
KX-27 and KC-6 share the same flat profile and the same dimensions. The difference is colour and finish alone: KX-27 is off-white with a smooth, lightly satin finish for a soft, elegant mood, while KC-6 is dark anthracite with a brushed textured finish for a modern, industrial result.
How are Slat Board KX-27 boards fitted?
Slat Board is fitted vertically on a clean, flat wall, board against board to create the slat-wall effect. It is bonded with PVC adhesive or fixed on a rail system. Boards can be cut to length with a fine-tooth saw.
Can KX-27 be mixed with the anthracite KC-6 on the same wall?
Yes. Both Slat Boards share the same dimensions, so you can build original two-tone wall compositions by alternating the off-white KX-27 and the anthracite KC-6. The combination gives a strongly architectural, contrasted effect, well suited to high-end accent walls.
How many boards are needed to cover 1 m² of wall?
At 159 mm wide, one board covers 0.159 m of wall width, so a one-metre width takes 6.3 boards — allow 7. To work out your quantity, divide the total wall width in cm by 15.9 and round up, then multiply by the number of walls to be clad.
