DECNO takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page sets out plainly what information we collect, why, and what you can require of us.

What data we collect

Only what you send us of your own accord through our forms:

  • your name and telephone number (required so that we can call you back);
  • your email address, if you provide it;
  • the town of your project, the product and the area concerned;
  • the message you write.

We collect no sensitive data and never ask you for banking details through this site.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request: prepare a quote, call you back, arrange your showroom visit.
  • To follow up your order and provide after-sales service.
  • To improve our site, using aggregated and anonymous traffic statistics.

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing without your agreement.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for three years from the last contact, the usual period for a commercial relationship. Data attached to an actual order is kept for the legal period required by Moroccan accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Your data is neither sold, rented nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to our sales team and, where applicable, to the technical providers strictly necessary for the site to work:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site;
  • FormSubmit — routing form submissions to our mailbox;
  • Google Maps — displaying the showroom map on the contact page.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookie and no profiling tracker. The only cookies that may be set are the technical ones belonging to the Google Maps map on the contact page — and they load only if you visit that page.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies at any time. It will not affect how you browse decno.ma.

Your rights

Under law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure in respect of your data.

To exercise it, write to us at [email protected] setting out your request. We reply within thirty days at the latest.

You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (the Moroccan national data protection authority) — cndp.ma.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Data sent through our forms travels encrypted. We restrict access to the requests we receive to the people on our team who need it.

Changes

This policy may change. Any substantial change will be flagged on this page, with the date below updated.
