Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
It is not compulsory, but it helps if your project is well defined: with notice we prepare the matching samples and an adviser gives you the time you need. Without an appointment you are of course still welcome during opening hours.
Can I take samples away?
Yes. We hand over samples of the finishes that interest you, so you can look at them at home, in your own light and next to your existing materials. That is often what settles a choice of shade.
How quickly do you answer a quote request?
Within 24 working hours. If your request arrives on a Friday afternoon or at the weekend, you get your pricing on Monday. For an immediate answer to a technical question, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
Do you work with architects and contractors?
Yes, a significant part of our business. We supply technical sheets, colour charts, installation details in usable formats and terms suited to project volumes. Contact us with the project and the estimated quantities.
